CrowdStrike is looking for a Mobile QA Analyst to join its IT Go-to-Market team. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality mobile applications through rigorous QA processes and automation, working within a fast-paced, supportive team environment to meet evolving business needs.

What You'll Do

Write test cases and steps demonstrating a clear understanding of requirements and designs using Jira.
Design and execute automated and manual test strategies for mobile applications.
Coordinate with the IT Go-to-Market team for daily operations and validate deployments from development to production.
Perform system, integration, regression, end-to-end, cross-browser, and cross-device testing.
Communicate results and coordinate logistics with business analysts, developers, and leadership.
Certify applications for release and generate periodic testing status reports.
Participate in user acceptance testing and exploratory testing with stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or 5-8 years of directly related work experience.
3+ years as a QA Automation Engineer using Java, Selenium, Cypress, and a BDD framework for web application testing.
3-5 years of technical project experience testing through a full system development life cycle.
Ability to work independently and as a team player with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
Excellent analytics, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience testing native iOS and native Android mobile applications.
Experience with Salesforce concepts such as Lightning Web Components, platform capabilities, and integration patterns.
Knowledge of performance, accessibility (ADA), and security vulnerability testing.

Work Mode

This is a remote position based in India (IND Remote) with a required shift schedule of 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
