Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician. In this onsite role based in Indianapolis, IN, you will ensure the efficient operation and minimal downtime of facility systems through expert maintenance and rapid response.
What You'll Do
- Operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment in assigned facilities.
- Perform ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on installed systems.
- Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, and building interiors/exteriors.
- Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions impacting client occupancy.
- Respond effectively to all emergencies and support after-hours building activity as required.
- Prepare summary reports listing conditions found and recommending corrective action.
- Study and become familiar with building automation and fire/life safety systems.
- Comply with all safety procedures and maintain safe work areas.
- Attend periodic training seminars.
What We're Looking For
- Universal EPA 608 Certification.
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in packaged HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment repair.
- Valid state driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb up to 30 ft. ladders.
- Ability to perform on-call duties and overtime as required.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of overall MEP/HVAC system design and application.
- Experience managing work orders and utilizing CMMS technology.
- Experience working in a service-related role specific to commercial facilities.
