A Mobile Frontend Developer who will build and maintain high-performance React Native applications using Expo, implement Figma designs, manage iOS app lifecycle, and integrate native Swift modules while leveraging AI-powered tools in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native and Expo frameworks
- Translate Figma designs into precise, responsive user interfaces
- Design well-structured, scalable, and maintainable mobile application architectures
- Work with native modules and integrate Swift-based components as needed
- Manage end-to-end iOS app development, including building, testing, and publishing to the Apple App Store
- Handle Expo Application Services (EAS) builds, configuration, and deployment pipelines
- Collaborate closely with backend and product teams to align on implementation
- Identify and fix performance bottlenecks and resolve live production issues
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to product enhancements
Requirements
- Extensive experience working with React Native
- Proven hands-on experience with Expo, including EAS builds and deployment workflows
- Solid background in Swift development
- Demonstrated experience publishing and maintaining apps on the Apple App Store
- Strong knowledge of Apple provisioning profiles, certificates, TestFlight, and App Store review policies
- Experience implementing production-ready mobile UIs from Figma designs
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar IDE-integrated AI agents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptable, self-driven mindset suited for startup environments with a sense of ownership
Nice to Have
- Experience working with TypeScript
- Experience handling Android builds and Google Play Store submissions
- Knowledge of mobile performance optimization and security best practices
- Prior experience in early-stage startup companies
