Design, integrate, and deploy mobile technologies such as mobile devices, applications, and unified endpoint management platforms to provide comprehensive solutions. Operate with some autonomy while receiving periodic guidance and potentially overseeing less experienced team members.
Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and configure mobile technologies, including devices, apps, and unified endpoint management systems, to deliver full lifecycle solutions
- Apply specialized functional expertise along with broad industry and operational knowledge
- Support the development and execution of solutions for problems involving moderate scope and complexity
- Function independently with occasional oversight or direction
- Provide review and guidance for tasks performed by junior-level staff members
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment
- Hands-on experience with Samsung devices and Android OS, or Windows-based endpoints and operating systems
- Proven background in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), Mobile Device Management (MDM), or Enterprise Mobile Management (EMM), including policy configuration and integration
- Experience testing and rolling out applications on Android or Windows endpoints
- Ability to diagnose and resolve common infrastructure issues, including network connectivity failures
- Capability to secure and validate endpoints according to DoD standards, including STIGs and Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) requirements
- Proficiency in creating and executing client-ready test plans, test cases, and generating formal test reports
- Hold an active Top Secret security clearance
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree
- Current Security+ certification
Nice to Have
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Visio, or PowerPoint to create DoD Architecture Framework diagrams
- Familiarity with public key infrastructure (PKI) concepts and certificate lifecycle management
- Knowledge of DoD-issued Mobile Operating System STIGs
- Experience supporting Windows and Linux server environments
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, particularly when presenting to senior stakeholders
- Completion of Registration Authority (RA) training within DoD PKI

Compensation
Projected compensation range is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). Compensation determined by location, education, skills, competencies, experience, contract affordability, and organizational requirements
