About the Role

This role involves delivering clinical training and ongoing support for leadless pacemaker systems to healthcare providers. The specialist collaborates with sales teams to increase product understanding, ensures proper device use, and enhances patient outcomes through education and real-time procedural assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver clinical training on leadless pacemaker systems to physicians and hospital staff
  • Support implant procedures by providing technical guidance during live cases
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to identify and target high-potential accounts
  • Conduct in-service training sessions for electrophysiology and cardiology teams
  • Ensure proper device programming and follow-up protocols are understood
  • Respond to clinical inquiries from healthcare providers
  • Track and report clinical outcomes and device performance data
  • Assist in the development of educational materials for internal and external use
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cardiac rhythm management technologies
  • Participate in regional clinical meetings and product launch events
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on field experience
  • Support regulatory compliance in all clinical interactions
  • Work with hospitals to streamline device ordering and inventory processes
  • Help coordinate patient follow-up schedules with clinic staff
  • Promote best practices in device selection and patient eligibility
  • Monitor competitive product activity and share insights with internal teams
  • Assist in pre-implant patient screening and case planning
  • Maintain accurate records of clinical engagements and training sessions
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and clinical standards
  • Support clinical trial sites with training and protocol execution
  • Act as a liaison between clinical teams and technical support departments
  • Troubleshoot device-related issues in coordination with technical services
  • Participate in post-market surveillance initiatives
  • Contribute to the improvement of clinical training programs
  • Support virtual and in-person educational webinars
