Allstate NI is looking for an Employee Engagement Consultant II to champion our cohesive culture and drive a positive work environment. In this role, you will coordinate employee engagement initiatives across the office, acting as a catalyst for change to promote flexibility, teamwork, and professional development.
What You'll Do
- Drive project and program execution for employee engagement.
- Act as a catalyst for change, promoting a positive, flexible work environment that encourages fun, accountability, teamwork, and development.
- Make judgments and recommendations to grow and monitor community participation and support the desired culture.
- Establish and enforce standards to ensure a respectful and helpful environment.
- Support the facilitation of onboarding processes and partner with business units to build foundational knowledge for new employees.
- Coordinate Allstate teambuilding events and corporate initiatives.
- Support continuous learning and team effectiveness initiatives, identifying information needed to understand impact and improve programs.
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of core business processes and industry practices.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills with proven ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to build strong business relationships to achieve sustainable partnerships and collaborate internally and externally.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Functional knowledge of best practices in event planning, innovation, and relevant strategies in employee engagement.
- Experience with change management, conflict management, and coaching or training.
- Proven ability to problem solve and execute plans in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, both oral and written.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $56,000 - $82,500 annually.
