Role Overview
This position begins with hands-on leadership of the GroAssist digital companion initiative, allowing the candidate to integrate with core technologies, development frameworks, and engineering teams. As familiarity grows, responsibilities will broaden to include technical supervision across additional mobile projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Take an active role in the development and evolution of the GroAssist application
- Develop a working knowledge of internal tools, platforms, and team structures
- Advise on technical decisions during critical design phases
- Direct and support mobile development teams through architecture and implementation
- Enforce adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Assist in assessing the technical capabilities of potential team members
- Contribute to the estimation of effort and resources for upcoming projects
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position with a W2 employment model, offering flexibility across time zones. The role supports a globally distributed workforce, emphasizing asynchronous collaboration and clear communication.
