wyn GmbH is looking for a Customer Success Specialist (m/w/d) to become the central point of contact for our customers. You will guide them from their first inquiry to a sustainable solution and actively help shape our Customer Success function from its foundation.
What You'll Do
- Be the main point of contact throughout the entire customer cycle, from onboarding to ongoing support.
- Independently process and document customer support tickets.
- Coordinate internal steps to ensure efficient resolution of customer concerns.
- Identify patterns in daily support to develop scalable solutions.

- Confident demeanor and clear communication skills.
- Strong IT and online affinity.
- Structured and independent way of working.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with ticketing systems.
- Background in technical customer service or startup experience.
