Nextright is seeking a Key Account Manager (m/w/d) to drive growth by acquiring and managing partners in the automotive industry. Our legal tech company specializes in traffic law, and you'll be a core part of our expanding digital sales team.
What You'll Do
- Take over initial phone contact and build relationships with partners from the automotive industry.
- Independently acquire new partners and close contracts via phone, digital, or in-person meetings.
- Attend on-site appointments to convince potential partners of our legal services.
- Work closely with other Key Account Managers within the team.
- Follow up on leads and execute sales reactivation measures.
- Maintain and record all relevant data in our proprietary software.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in telephone cold acquisition and field sales.
- Basic knowledge of the automotive industry and a willingness to learn about traffic law.
- A communicative, likable personality and a loyal team player mindset.
- A passion for persuasion and resilience in the face of challenges.
- Proactive self-motivation and a drive to achieve your sales goals.
- A self-organized work style suitable for home office when not traveling.
- Possession of a driver's license and enjoyment of business travel by car.

- Fixed salary of €3,000 gross per month plus an uncapped, success-based commission.
