About the Role

Booz Allen Hamilton is hiring a Mission Support Expert to tackle the Service's most difficult and amorphous challenges in the contested space domain. You will design, stand up, operate, and optimize organizations while identifying advanced tools and technology to expedite military outcomes and manage the byproducts of change.

What You'll Do

  • Solve the Service’s most difficult and amorphous problems.
  • Design, stand up, operate, and optimize organizations.
  • Identify advanced tools and technology that can expedite military outcomes or reduce staff burden.
  • Manage the byproducts of change through project implementation.
  • Stand up and lead offices or programs such as major command-level programs.
  • Collaborate horizontally and vertically across Space Force, DoD, and congressional offices.
  • Support general staff functions, including travel planning and TMT management.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, including in national security, space systems, or defense acquisition.
  • Experience with EMP or Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) technologies.
  • Experience in hardening infrastructure or systems, including space-based assets, against EMP threats.
  • Experience with EMP-hardened materials, testing methodologies, and protective architecture.
  • Experience interfacing with senior government leaders at the SES, SIS, or GO level.
  • Ability to stand up and lead offices or programs such as major command-level programs.
  • Ability to collaborate horizontally and vertically across Space Force, DoD, and congressional offices.
  • Ability to support general staff functions, including travel planning and TMT management.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting the Space military or intelligence communities.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. Space Force.
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, National Security Studies, or equivalent field.
