Role Overview
This position supports individuals identified as potential heirs to unclaimed estates. You’ll connect with clients by phone, clarify their eligibility, and walk them through the legal recovery process with empathy and clarity. Working remotely, you’ll operate in a fast-paced environment where initiative and responsiveness lead to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective heirs using provided leads and initiate informative, respectful conversations
- Explain estate claim procedures in straightforward, trustworthy terms
- Establish rapport with individuals who may be unaware of their inheritance rights
- Secure signed contingent fee agreements through clear, ethical communication
- Document all interactions and maintain up-to-date case records
- Follow up consistently to guide clients through onboarding
- Coordinate with legal and research teams to ensure accurate, timely case progression
- Respond quickly to inquiries and maintain high service standards under volume
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who thrives in high-activity settings and approaches sensitive topics with professionalism. You must be able to simplify complex legal processes without oversimplifying, and build trust quickly over the phone.
- Proven ability to succeed in fast-moving sales environments
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
- Capable of handling delicate conversations around family, estates, and legal matters
- Self-directed, organized, and focused on measurable outcomes
- Exceptional verbal communication and persuasive ability
Preferred Background
- Experience in heir location, probate research, or legal-adjacent sales
- Background in consultative or service-based phone sales
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a base salary with uncapped commission potential based on signed agreements. Additional performance incentives are available.
