We are seeking a skilled Middle Unity Developer to lead the creation of new games and enhance existing titles within a fully remote setup. You will play a central role in shaping game mechanics, refining system architecture, and ensuring high performance across mobile platforms.
What You'll Do
- Develop new games independently from concept to completion
- Maintain and improve current products through updates and debugging
- Design scalable software architectures for future-facing projects
- Conduct code reviews and guide fellow developers to strengthen team capabilities
- Collaborate on planning cycles, including task estimation and technical feasibility
- Optimize applications using profiling tools to ensure smooth performance on mobile devices
- Support teammates through hands-on mentoring in a team composed mostly of mid-level developers
What We Need
- At least two years of practical experience with C# and Unity
- Solid grasp of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles
- Familiarity with engine-level processes such as scripting, garbage collection, and rendering pipelines
- Proven ability to structure and maintain clean, efficient codebases
- Experience with development tools including Visual Studio, Android Studio, and XCode
- Proficiency in using Profiler for performance analysis and optimization
- Working knowledge of version control systems like GIT or SourceTree
- Understanding of task tracking platforms such as Jira or Redmine
- Comfortable communicating in conversational English
