INFUSE Academy is hiring a Middle Project Manager – Internal Systems and Processes to lead the development and implementation of new systems and business processes. You will transform strategic goals into actionable solutions and product roadmaps, aligning technical capabilities with business priorities.

What You'll Do

Partner with stakeholders to define and communicate the vision for internal solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
Transform strategic goals into actionable solutions, product roadmaps, aligning technical capabilities with business priorities, and achieve the goals and KPIs.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
Re-engineer processes and implement effective solutions into business processes.
Lead the end-to-end internal project lifecycle - from requirements gathering to the ready solution, business process implementation, and continuous optimization.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency at every stage.
Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

What We're Looking For

3+ years as a Project Manager in a fast-paced digital and tech-driven company.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful and measurable results.
Deep understanding of modern product and project management practices.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
Strong organizational, planning, and delivery skills.
Excellent communication and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in building automations to optimize the process and manual tasks.
Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
Fluent in English (spoken and written), Russian or Ukrainian.

Nice to Have

Proficiency in building no-code/low-code prototypes is a plus.
Previous Business Analyst and/or product management experience is a plus.
Experience in improving business processes, digital transformation, and working on internal tools is a huge plus.
