Amentum is hiring a Mid Technical Editor to provide critical editorial support for intelligence publications. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of intelligence products for the Office of Naval Intelligence.
What You'll Do
- Review intelligence products for proper grammar, punctuation, syntax, logic, clarity, and consistency.
- Ensure style and format conform to agency publication standards and specialized vocabulary.
- Amend draft tables, tone boxes, and graphics to ensure content supports and is consistent with accompanying text.
- Ensure proper classification markings are applied in accordance with IC guidance.
- Work with authors to revise products for narrative organization and negotiate further revisions as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI).
- Ability to obtain a polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience.
Team & Environment
You will support an Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), Intelligence Cycle Management Directorate (N2) contract.
Work Mode
This position is onsite in Suitland, MD.
