CI&T is looking for a Mid-Level Java Automation Developer to join our team in Brazil and contribute to a significant financial sector project. We are specialists in technological transformation, merging human expertise with AI to build scalable tech solutions.

What You'll Do

Participate actively in defining and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient software architectures.
Develop and maintain high-performance systems, ensuring quality, reliability, and adherence to business requirements.
Solve complex problems, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and proposing innovative solutions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, such as developers, designers, and stakeholders, to align deliveries with strategic objectives.
Optimize system performance and solve challenges related to availability, security, and software architecture.
Ensure software quality by performing manual and automated testing to guarantee high-quality product delivery.
Document test processes and results to ensure transparency and traceability.
Implement and maintain test automation frameworks, aligning them with development practices.

What We're Looking For

Solid experience in Back-End development, focusing on technologies like Java 17 (Spring Boot) and Node.js.
Advanced knowledge of microservices architectures and RESTful API design.
Expertise in caching techniques and system optimization.
Expertise in software development best practices, including Clean Code and Hexagonal Architecture.
Experience in test-driven development (TDD/BDD) and automation tools.
Experience with performance, security, and integration testing.
Familiarity with test management and reporting tools.
Mastery in modeling and developing systems with microservices.
Expertise in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
Experience with technologies like containers (Docker), queues, and messaging (RabbitMQ and Kafka, pub/sub).
Proficiency with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and agile development practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and objectively.
Familiarity with observability tools like ELK.
Knowledge of public clouds (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Knowledge about AI.
