Workstate is looking for a Mid-level Backend Developer to join our team. You will design, implement, and maintain the robust systems that power our client applications and services, while also engaging directly with clients to understand their needs and motivate progress.

- Mid-level experience as a Backend Developer.
- A passion for building scalable backend solutions and delivering high-quality code.
- Resident of Colombia or Argentina with the right to work in that country.
