Perficient, Inc. is seeking a Microsoft Solutions Architect for a senior leadership role within its Microsoft AI Business Solutions Practice. You will lead the creation of solutions using Microsoft's Business Applications tools, guide strategic customer engagements, and oversee global development teams. This is a remote position within the United States.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary Power Platform subject matter expert on customer engagements.
- Lead the design of technical architecture solutions and create architectural design documents.
- Drive Power Platform implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test, and deployment.
- Lead stakeholder education, discovery, planning, and design sessions.
- Develop proof-of-concept projects to validate solution designs.
- Serve as an expert on licensing and create financial plans and ROI models for Power Platform adoption.
- Work with the development team to define specifications for customizations and custom code.
- Support multiple Scrum teams with planning, scoping, and creating technical solutions.
- Ensure best practices are adhered to by performing code reviews.
- Contribute to continuously improving the Power Platform practice through best practices, templates, and demos.
- Provide mentoring and leadership across Perficient.
- Provide overall project delivery leadership for customer projects and contribute to the business unit's leadership team.
- Manage ongoing customer relationship development and work with the Sales Team to ensure client success and growth.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem creating business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power Pages, Copilot Studio and Power BI.
- 5+ years in consulting services with experience leading complex engagements as the senior delivery resource for Microsoft Business Application solutions.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse.
- SharePoint Migration Experience.
- Knowledge of relational database architecture and concepts.
- Knowledge of Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and Azure OpenAI.
- Knowledge of C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and PowerShell.
- Experience leading global delivery teams.
- Experience using source control management tools such as Visual Studio, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
- Systems integration and ETL implementation expertise.
- Managed projects using Scrum, SAFe, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Experience in project and solution estimation and team structure definition.
- Built business cases and communicated client-specific value propositions as a trusted advisor.
- Fostered collaboration, resolved challenges, and built strong client relationships.
- Strong technical writing, documentation, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work capably under stress and to juggle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and be self-driven with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
- Active Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, etc.).
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Dynamic Sales, Dynamics Service and Dynamics Customer Insights.
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation Range: $81,978.00 to $178,090.00.
