What You'll Do
Design and implement customizations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to meet evolving business needs. Translate functional requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise processes and system architecture.
Build and manage automated workflows using Power Automate, integrating with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, and external platforms. Develop custom connectors, apply data transformations, and incorporate AI Builder components where needed.
Support end-to-end release cycles, including configuration, deployment across environments, and post-implementation maintenance. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot integration issues, and resolve production incidents to maintain service reliability.
Collaborate with analysts, architects, and testers to refine solution designs and ensure cohesive delivery. Participate in code reviews, contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements, and maintain version control using Git and Azure DevOps.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O developer, with a focus on customization and extension
- Strong proficiency in X++ and .NET for developing and debugging application logic
- At least 2 years working with Power Automate to design and maintain workflow automation
- Familiarity with Dataverse, entity modeling, business rules, and solution packaging
- Proven ability to integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems via REST APIs, JSON, and Azure services
- Solid understanding of ERP workflows, deployment configurations, and lifecycle management
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or custom plugins in C# or JavaScript
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools like Azure DevOps and Git for Power Platform
- Familiarity with legal entity setup and multi-company configurations in D365 F&O
- Background in agile or hybrid project delivery models
