Clark Schaefer Consulting (Clark Schaefer Hackett) is hiring a Microsoft CSP Program Manager to manage our Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program operations. In this role, you will ensure operational accuracy and maximize incentive capture while serving as the company's subject matter expert on all Microsoft partner programs.
What You'll Do
- Maintain 100% accuracy in registering customer information and data related to Microsoft programs.
- Develop deep expertise on every detail of Microsoft's partner programs, including documentation, incentive structures, and specializations.
- Closely monitor all Microsoft communications, news, and program updates to identify any impacts.
- Ensure all Microsoft-related documentation and knowledge is kept up-to-date and easily accessible using AI and knowledge management tools.
- Proactively communicate changes and impacts to internal teams, resellers, and customers.
- Pursue and claim all eligible Microsoft funds and incentives.
