Binance is looking for a Web3 Earn Product Operations Specialist to join the Lever team. This role focuses on ensuring smooth and efficient operations for our Web3 Earn product suite, directly contributing to the user experience and product growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize the daily operations of Binance's Web3 Earn products
- Monitor product performance and user feedback, implementing operational improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing to execute product strategies
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation for the Web3 Earn product line
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to ensure a seamless user experience
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in product operations, preferably within a cryptocurrency exchange or fintech environment
- Strong understanding of Web3 concepts, blockchain technology, and digital assets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams
