CALSTART is looking for a Contract Technical Business Analyst to join its Data & Analytics function. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution for our data initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Document processes, data flows, and system functionalities
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, specifically within data or analytics projects
- Strong ability to create detailed user stories, functional specifications, and process maps
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels
- Understanding of data modeling concepts, data warehousing, and analytics platforms

This is a fully remote position open to candidates located anywhere within the United States.
