Servier, an independent international pharmaceutical group governed by a Foundation and dedicated to therapeutic progress for patients, is looking for a Microbiology Trainee to join its Analytical Development service. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and compliance of our controlled environments.
What You'll Do
- Draft the necessary documentation for implementing environmental monitoring of controlled atmosphere zones, including trend forms, control charts, and results summaries.
- Coordinate the subcontracting of microbiological sampling and analysis.
- Ensure on-site follow-up of subcontracting activities.
- Manage associated results through verification, data entry, analysis, and review of alert thresholds.
- Perform data trending.
What We're Looking For
- A Master 2 degree in Microbiology, with a Pharmacist profile also possible.
- Understanding of Controlled Atmosphere Zones (ZAC) and environmental monitoring principles.
- Experience in managing and analyzing analytical data.
- Proficiency with IT tools, particularly Excel.
- Ability to draft technical and quality documentation.
- Strong rigor, organizational skills, analytical and synthetic thinking.
- Team player with an affinity for on-site work and production environments.
Nice to Have
- Internship or apprenticeship experience in an industrial or pharmaceutical environment.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality and GMP principles.
- A sense of responsibility and respect for quality rules.
- Scientific curiosity and a desire to learn.
