Broadcom is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Support 1 professional to join our manufacturing team. You will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining the Die Attach Process for Chip-on-Board (COB) assembly, a key step in semiconductor manufacturing.
What You'll Do
- Support and maintain daily operations for the Die Attach Process in a COB assembly line
- Monitor process parameters and equipment performance to ensure quality and yield targets
- Perform routine troubleshooting and basic maintenance on process equipment
- Follow detailed procedures and document process data accurately
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve process issues
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and cleanliness protocols in the manufacturing area
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or associate degree is a plus
- Previous experience in a semiconductor manufacturing or related technical environment
- Ability to read and follow detailed manufacturing instructions and procedures
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with using hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment wearing appropriate gowning
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
