Broadcom is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Support 1 professional to join our manufacturing team. You will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining the Die Attach Process for Chip-on-Board (COB) assembly, a key step in semiconductor manufacturing.

What You'll Do

Support and maintain daily operations for the Die Attach Process in a COB assembly line
Monitor process parameters and equipment performance to ensure quality and yield targets
Perform routine troubleshooting and basic maintenance on process equipment
Follow detailed procedures and document process data accurately
Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve process issues
Adhere to all safety, quality, and cleanliness protocols in the manufacturing area

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or associate degree is a plus
Previous experience in a semiconductor manufacturing or related technical environment
Ability to read and follow detailed manufacturing instructions and procedures
Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with using hand tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment wearing appropriate gowning
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
