B&Q is hiring a Merchant Engagement Lead to own the strategy and execution of engagement between B&Q and the merchants on our marketplace. This is a highly cross-functional role, translating needs from commercial, logistics, and promotional teams into effective seller communication and education. You will empower our merchants through knowledge transfer, training, and progress tracking to help improve their growth.
What You'll Do
- Define and lead the engagement strategy to help all B&Q merchants grow their business, from new merchants to global brands and key accounts.
- Identify, co-design, and package useful seller resources for different communication and engagement channels.
- Coordinate multiple tasks with other local and international teams to prepare these seller resources.
- Design and manage initiatives that result in highly engaged sellers through our communication channels.
- Define and implement feedback collection from sellers based on their digital engagement and interactions.
- Leverage seller feedback and sentiment to drive meaningful change across the merchant experience funnel.
- Monitor, track, and report on the performance of all communication channels.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team dedicated to enhancing seller engagement, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Marketing or Communication Manager in e-commerce, media, telecom, or technology.
- Experience in building and managing marketing automation operations or email campaign tools.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear and concise style.
