  • Act as a point of contact for inquiries from menu development teams, customer service units, catering partners, sourcing, and operations regarding menu content and specifications.
  • Review vendor-submitted specifications for food items, verifying completeness and accuracy, and flagging discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.
  • Update and maintain ingredient lists, recipes, and menu configurations within the IFX system, aiming for complete precision.
  • Respond to questions from customers and caterers about menu details, printed materials, and service requirements.
  • Support the alignment of meal service types within Paxia and IFX databases to ensure consistency across platforms.

Candidates must demonstrate fluency in Microsoft Office, database tools, and web-based platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. The role requires reliability, precision, and a commitment to meeting deadlines. Work hours often exceed 40 per week, and the position operates in a hybrid model, with flexibility to work remotely or on-site as needed.

Preferred Experience

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Hands-on experience with IFX, SAP, or similar data environments, particularly involving menu or pricing data.
  • Background in cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external clients.
  • Proven ability to work in data-intensive settings requiring analytical thinking.
  • Demonstrated strength in accuracy, time management, and attention to detail.
