Tecnológico de Monterrey is looking for a Mentor to establish a supportive relationship with first-year professional semester students. Your role is to inspire and guide them toward academic success, holistic well-being, and becoming their best selves, in alignment with our belief that learning is a lifelong journey and that development, well-being, and purpose are fundamental pillars.
What You'll Do
- Execute the fidelity plan for new students and their parents or legal guardians.
- Ensure the correct execution of activities that facilitate the student's proper integration into the Tecmilenio professional model.
- Advise your students in the process of discovering their life purpose.
- Guide students in their decision-making process.
- Guarantee the declared moments of accompaniment within the Student Journey.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (Title and Professional ID) in Psychology, Pedagogy, or Education.
- At least 2 years of experience as a tutor at the secondary, high school, or university level.
Nice to Have
- Previous participation in voluntary mentoring processes as a student or professional.
