CVS Health is looking for a Mental Health Therapist to provide remote, evidence-based care to clients ages 13+ in Pennsylvania. In this 40 hour/week role, you’ll have the autonomy to build and grow the MinuteClinic practice while delivering vital psychosocial support and education.
What You'll Do
- Provide psychosocial support and education to address the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples, and families ages 13+.
- Deliver evidence-based care using assessment and treatment planning tools.
- Practice at the top of your license with the support of a clinical care team.
- Provide short-term counseling leveraging evidence-based methodologies.
What We're Looking For
- Current, active, and unencumbered Pennsylvania State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed (Clinical) Professional Counselor (LPC or LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure.
- Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills.
- Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited College or University.
Nice to Have
- Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and team skills.
- Experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery.
- Proven deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using electronic health record systems and engaging on multiple platforms.
- Demonstrated understanding of insurance, Medicaid, Medicare billing requirements.
- Evidence of strong crisis intervention skills.
- Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting.
