Sailor Health is seeking a Mental Health Therapist for Seniors to join our mission-driven team transforming senior mental health care. In this 100% remote role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults while enjoying flexible scheduling and a culture that supports clinician well-being.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
- Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Work independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.
- Manage electronic documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR system.
- Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and training to ensure best practices.
What We're Looking For
- A completed master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
- An active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP) in the state of Maryland.
- Experience working with the geriatric population.
Nice to Have
- Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy.
