Flg is looking for a Member Support Consultant to be the first point of connection for prospective members and a key driver of growth. You will serve as an ambassador for the club experience, moving between lead generation, sales, and member connection to elevate experience and strengthen retention.
What You'll Do
- Proactively contribute to club sales budget using sales promotions and referral campaigns.
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Achieve required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
- Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
- Open and close the club as per the club roster.
- Participate actively in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey.
- Make regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged, recommending club-based products to boost results and amplify experience.
What We're Looking For
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals.
- The ability to solve problems, and overcome obstacles.
- Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others.
- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
- Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
