Dynata is hiring a Member Success Agent with Italian on a part-time basis. In this role, you'll deliver exceptional customer service to panelists participating in market research surveys. You'll create a positive support experience, build strong relationships, and ensure members receive high-quality answers.
What You'll Do
- Follow up with other support staff to ensure ticket resolution concludes satisfactorily.
- Achieve or exceed required team KPI goals.
- Support team leads and managers with administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinate escalations and ensure urgent issues are communicated promptly.
- Help ensure fulfillment of service requirements set by the department head.
What We're Looking For
- Must read, write, and speak English at an advanced level.
- Must read, write, and speak/understand Italian fluently (expert or native proficiency).
- At least 2 years of working experience in a customer service role directly interacting with consumers.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proven organizational skills, time management, and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proactive, motivated, and flexible team player keen to work in a stimulating, fast-paced environment.
- Possess a positive attitude with energy and enthusiasm.
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), working on shared documents, and willing to learn new programs.
- Strives for continuous improvement and contributes new ideas.
- Looks beyond simple solutions, resolves problems quickly, and takes accountability.
- Promotes a spirit of cooperation and is helpful to the team.
Nice to Have
- Demonstrated history of delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience in both telephone support and online support via ticketing/emailing systems.
