About the Role

Responsibilities
- Define product requirements for transparency tools in financial crimes compliance
- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and legal teams to align on objectives
- Identify regulatory trends impacting transparency and compliance workflows
- Translate compliance mandates into user-centric product features
- Prioritize roadmap items based on risk, impact, and operational efficiency
- Conduct user research to understand needs of internal stakeholders
- Develop metrics to measure effectiveness of compliance transparency systems
- Work with designers to prototype interfaces for reporting and monitoring
- Ensure product solutions adhere to AML and KYC regulatory frameworks
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Coordinate with external partners on data sharing and reporting standards
- Evaluate third-party tools for integration into compliance workflows
- Document product specifications and decision rationales
- Support audit and examination processes with product insights
- Stay current on cryptocurrency regulatory developments
- Advocate for scalable and automated compliance solutions
- Lead discovery efforts for new transparency-related capabilities
- Communicate product updates to internal teams and leadership
- Balance security, compliance, and user experience in design choices
- Assess technical feasibility with engineering counterparts
- Drive adoption of transparency features across business units
- Gather feedback to iterate on existing compliance products
- Ensure alignment with company risk appetite and policies
- Participate in incident response related to financial crime alerts
- Contribute to strategic planning for long-term compliance product vision

- Master’s degree in business, law, or technology
