Mass General Brigham is hiring a Medical Surgical ICU Nurse for the night shift at Brigham and Women's Hospital. As a Staff Nurse in the Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit (11C), you will be integral to a team committed to delivering excellent, evidence-informed care to patients and families in the safest environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality care for patients in the Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure patient and family needs are met.
- Deliver care within a framework focused on safety and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current Massachusetts registration.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing required for newly licensed nurses.
- A minimum of 1 year of current Critical Care nursing experience.
Nice to Have
- ACLS certification.
- CCRN Certification.
- Membership in relevant professional organizations.
- Certification in a clinical specialty area.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $41.71 - $105.65 per hour.

This is an onsite position located at 75 Francis Street (Brigham and Women's Hospital).
