About the Role

Novo Nordisk is looking for a Medical Specialist/Sales Supervisor to manage the Southern Taiwan region (Kaohsiung City), driving sales growth in diabetes and medical aesthetics treatment areas. You will be instrumental in achieving targets and expanding new business opportunities through strategic market development and academic engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Manage regional responsibilities, including product listing, academic communication, tender/bidding processes, and channel protection.
  • Develop and execute customer visit plans based on client tiering, maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders and utilizing sales techniques to meet customer needs.
  • Identify market opportunities to develop and expand new business.
  • Actively develop new clinics, physicians, and clients to create new patient and channel sources.
  • Provide regular market intelligence feedback and submit reports on time.
  • Execute marketing strategies and visit plans effectively, verifying new potential clients and aligning tactics with management to achieve goals.
  • Demonstrate agility, accountability, and resilience in a fast-changing environment; explore new channels and continuously iterate on strategies.
  • Ensure all regional activities maintain professionalism and adhere to Novo Nordisk compliance and business conduct guidelines.
  • Act as a professional problem-solver, providing solutions with innovative thinking and commercial acumen.
  • Maintain a proactive 'can-do' attitude, pioneering in immature markets, seeking opportunities, and adapting quickly to uncertain challenges.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or above in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience working with an original pharmaceutical manufacturer (HP).
  • Experience selling self-paid products/pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong regional/business planning capabilities and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Pharmaceutical license holder is a plus.
  • Experience in diabetes or medical aesthetics treatment fields is preferred.

Work Mode

This is a local, city-based role focused on the Southern Taiwan region (Kaohsiung City).
