Merakey, an organization that puts heart and soul into its mission, is hiring a Clinical Supervisor for its behavioral health services in Russellton, PA. This full-time position involves providing clinical oversight, leading treatment planning, and supervising staff within a supportive and dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations of potential residents.
- Lead the development of treatment plans with individuals receiving services.
- Update treatment plans in collaboration with the individual, Psychiatrist, and treatment team at least every 30 days.
- Provide a required number of hours of individual psychotherapy weekly as assigned by the program director.
- Oversee and/or provide group psychotherapy sessions ensuring clinical integrity and evidence-based practices.
- Transport and monitor residents in the community when clinically or medically appropriate with Director approval.
- Provide effective supervision, mentoring, and training to LTSR staff.
- Be available for intermittent on-call responsibility as assigned.
- Submit all documentation in a timely fashion.
