Novartis is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) focused on Onc/Prostate Radioligand Therapies. This is a field-based, customer-facing, non-promotional medical and scientific role. Your mission is to advance clinical practice within the assigned territory of NYC and Long Island to improve patient outcomes through deep therapeutic expertise and scientific engagement.
What You'll Do
- Leverage scientific expertise to establish and build professional relationships with Healthcare Providers and thought leaders.
- Engage customers through discussions on emerging data, clinical trials, market dynamics, and unmet medical needs, capturing medical insights.
- Develop a strategic territory vision by identifying, mapping, and planning medical engagements and key accounts.
- Identify key stakeholders influencing the patient journey and establish education and partnership strategies.
- Identify partnership opportunities with academic centers, centers of excellence, and systems of care.
- Identify opportunities to involve medical experts for specific needs and for internal collaboration with other Novartis stakeholders.
- Provide clinical trial support for company-sponsored trials in collaboration with Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations.
- Collaborate effectively with internal colleagues across HEOR, access, marketing, commercial, and sales to advance clinical practice.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the assigned therapeutic area and Novartis compounds.
- Execute administrative responsibilities and training promptly and champion new responsibilities as strategic priorities evolve.
- Proactively drive personal and professional development.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate degree in science or healthcare.
- For Manager Level: 0-3 years experience in a Field Medical/MSL role OR 3-5 years relevant medical affairs, clinical research, or related scientific experience.
- For AD Level: Minimum of 3 years experience in a Field Medical/MSL role OR 5-7 years relevant medical affairs, clinical research, or related scientific experience.
- Strong clinical knowledge including pharmacotherapy, treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, and FDA promotional guidelines.
- Ability to perform duties in accordance with applicable law, regulations, and Novartis policies, including ethics and compliance.
- Must reside within the territory covering NYC and Long Island or within 50 miles of its border.
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
Nice to Have
- Doctoral degree preferred (MD, PhD, DNP, PharmD, etc.).
- Previous experience in the assigned or a related therapeutic area.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation Range effective 1/1/25-12/31/25: $160,300.00 - $297,700.00.
- Manager Level: $166,400 - $249,600; AD Level: $183,200 - $274,800.
