At Bristol Myers Squibb / RayzeBio, Inc, we are dedicated to transforming patients’ lives through science. We are looking for a Medical Science Liaison, Cardiovascular - Milvexian to identify medical needs and foster scientific relationships in a defined geography covering Tennessee and Kentucky.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with academic and community research thought leaders, HCPs, and access stakeholders for scientific exchange.
- Actively assess the medical landscape to understand stakeholder needs and update knowledge on treatment strategies and clinical trials.
- Identify partnership opportunities with HCPs on disease state initiatives and research projects, including investigator sponsored research (ISR).
- Collect and provide meaningful medical insights to support medical and commercial strategy development.
- Develop geography-specific Field Medical and TL Interaction plans.
- Provide scientific support at promotional meetings by presenting data and evaluating speakers.
- Support Interventional and Non-Interventional Research studies, including site identification and assessment.
- Actively support CRO sponsored studies as agreed with home office medical and Global Development Operations.
What We're Looking For
- An advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, NP) with experience in a specific Disease Area or a broad medical background and relevant pharmaceutical experience.
- Disease area knowledge and an understanding of scientific publications.
- Knowledge of a scientific or clinical area, competitive landscape, patient treatment trends, and clinical trial design.
- Knowledge of the national healthcare and access environment.
- Knowledge of HEOR core concepts.
- Excellent English language skills, spoken and written.
- Ability to drive a company-provided car is an essential qualification.
- Candidates must possess a high level of ethics, integrity, and a responsible and safe driving history.
Nice to Have
- A minimum of 2 years working in a clinical and/or pharmaceutical environment.
- Prior MSL experience.
- Ability to work independently and act as a team player.
- Experience translating scientific or clinical data into an understandable form for physicians.
- Good communication and presentation skills for presenting data to research or healthcare professionals.
- Experience developing peer-to-peer relationships with TLs, scientists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to quickly and comprehensively learn about new subject areas and environments.
- Demonstration of the BMS Values.

- Compensation range: $166,090 - $201,262.
