CMEsquared is hiring a Medical Education Grant Outcomes Analyst

About the Role

CMEsquared is seeking a Medical Education Grant Outcomes Analyst to own the analysis, reporting, and distribution of continuing medical education (CME) program outcomes. You will work closely with the CME Grant Operations team to develop metrics and assemble data into presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Collect CME program outcome data.
  • Develop PowerPoint or other document templates for presenting outcomes and iterate on these templates as trends and needs shift.
  • Support the grants team in creating outcomes for needs assessments.
  • Consult with the grant coordinator and Chief Medical Officer around required KPIs needed to be shown in outcomes.
  • Identify ways to analyze outcomes to support education success.
  • Communicate and explain outcomes as needed or allowed to grant funders in collaboration with the CMO.
  • Build outcome results for consumption for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in capturing questions and creating pre/post-test evaluations.
  • Assist the CME grant operations team with other ad-hoc tasks.

What We're Looking For

  • A 4-year degree from an accredited institution.
  • 1+ years of work experience in continuing medical education at any part of the grant lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with CME/CE standards and processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Superior organizational and time-management skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite required (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in developing outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Excel functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
