USA Clinics Group is hiring a Medical Billing & Insurance Collections Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle team. You will manage a high-volume portfolio, focusing on following up on outstanding claims, resolving denials, and ensuring timely corrections while working closely with the Manager of Revenue Cycle.
What You'll Do
- Utilize a dialer to contact insurance companies for claim status, request payment, and resolve denials or delays.
- Review insurance denial codes and take required corrective action.
- Interact with clinical leadership and provide regular performance updates.
- Document all insurance interactions thoroughly.
- Analyze and correct claims using appropriate CPT, ICD-10, and Dx codes.
- Resubmit corrected claims and appeals accurately and promptly.
- Ensure all collection efforts comply with applicable rules and regulations.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of medical collections experience in a clinic or hospital setting.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Extensive knowledge using payer websites and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and Dx codes.
- Proficiency in insurance denial management and EOB/EOR interpretation.

- Spanish fluency.
