About the Role

Regeneron is hiring Medical Account Specialists – Hematology based in Denver, CO or Salt Lake City, UT. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging Oncology specialists and other key customers to support the launch of a Multiple Myeloma product, delivering clinically focused selling messages to build revenue and achieve product goals through account management.

What You'll Do

  • Engage Oncology experts and key customers within your assigned geography to deliver clinically focused selling messages supporting product launch.
  • Facilitate partnerships with multiple collaborators to proactively resolve customer needs, identify market trends, and develop strategies.
  • Develop strong working relationships with aligned designated accounts and specialists.
  • Execute market profiling to ensure deep understanding of regional and local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities with assigned accounts and lead coordination of effort by the Regeneron Oncology account team.
  • Develop a breadth of relationships within each account to understand objectives and identify approved Regeneron Oncology resources aligned to customer needs.
  • Demonstrate dedication to compliance through understanding of regulations and policies governing customer interactions.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in Oncology sales.
  • Buy and bill experience with biologics is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with key thought leaders or high-influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, or key institutions.
  • Current account management experience calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
  • Strong understanding of the Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and the current Oncology marketplace.
  • Ability to travel and cover large geography territories.

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications.
  • Hematology Oncology sales experience.

Team & Environment

You will collaborate with a Regional Director, territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, Reimbursement Specialists, and Regional Science Managers.
