Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and evaluation of new product ideas to advance innovation and market position.
- Guide and support the selection of suitable materials, parts, and production methods.
- Create accurate 3D models and generate detailed engineering drawings following established design standards.
- Detect, evaluate, and solve design, tooling, and manufacturing challenges to streamline product development.
- Design and carry out testing protocols, applying in-depth analysis to strengthen design quality and product dependability.
- Investigate and assess new materials, technologies, and manufacturing techniques to improve product capabilities and development speed.
