Apex Tool Group is hiring a Material Handler to execute forklift operations and manage loading and unloading activities in our distribution warehouse environment. This position is scheduled for A Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm.
What You'll Do
- Use an RF scanner to complete transactions within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Operate a forklift or powered pallet jack to pick, move, stack, and stage product and materials.
- Use forklift or powered pallet jack to move pallets to designated areas.
- Continuously lift and move up to 50-lb containers.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Follow safety regulations.
- Perform other related duties, as required or directed.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Ability to consistently lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to consistently move in a full-range of motion.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience driving a forklift and/or pallet jack.
- Previous distribution or warehouse experience.
