Unknown Company is hiring a Material Coordinator

About the Role

Company is looking for a Material Coordinator to ensure the efficient control of all materials entering our facility. You will oversee the receipt, inspection, and distribution of materials and support smooth operations by assisting with shipping and order fulfillment.

What You'll Do

  • Receive and process all incoming materials by accurately counting, verifying item descriptions, reviewing documentation, and assuring quality standards.
  • Complete all necessary receiving documentation in a timely and precise manner.
  • Properly identify and label all received materials to maintain organized inventory.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries regarding the receipt and status of materials.
  • Manage Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) to ensure accurate tracking and resolution.
  • Contribute to order fulfillment and shipping tasks daily, dedicating approximately 30% of work time post-receiving duties.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as required; obtain and maintain relevant safety certifications.
  • Serve as a backup resource for other warehouse and logistics functions, including Stockroom management, Inspection, Order Fulfillment, and Shipping.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, purchasing, receiving, inspection, or shipping.
  • Proficient basic computer skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality control and accuracy.
  • Ability and willingness to obtain forklift operation certification and adhere to safety protocols.

Work Mode

This is an onsite position.
