What You'll Do
Oversee the integrity of master data across key Stellantis platforms, ensuring consistency and reliability for vehicle logistics operations. You will manage open data update requests by directing them to the appropriate stakeholders and maintaining clear ownership pathways.
Develop and document standardized processes in collaboration with functional data owners to support long-term data maintenance and governance. You will actively resolve data quality issues, refine troubleshooting procedures, and ensure alignment with established data standards.
Support training initiatives by maintaining up-to-date documentation and guiding teams on proper data application. Participate in remote war room sessions across different markets to gather feedback and improve system responses. Work closely with Stellantis operations and service providers to ensure troubleshooting actions are tracked and implemented effectively.
Collaborate with IT to enhance PowerBI reporting tools, contributing to data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring.
Requirements
- Proven experience in master data management within complex enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and data ownership frameworks
- Ability to document processes clearly and train others on data standards
- Experience working in cross-functional, global environments
- Proficiency with PowerBI for data analysis and visualization
- Solid problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous process improvement
Work Mode
