About the Role

Miro is seeking a Manager, Finance Systems to lead the evolution of our financial planning infrastructure as the primary owner of Pigment. This role is responsible for building and maintaining a scalable, automated, and user-friendly financial planning environment that supports annual planning, rolling forecasts, and executive reporting across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the Lead Architect for our Pigment environment
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle: discovery, design, build, UAT, and deployment
  • Assist in the building and refining of financial models (Headcount, Revenue/ARR, OpEx, and Cash Flow) directly within Pigment
  • Ensure financial models are dynamic, scalable, and audit-ready
  • Provide overall support for the Finance Systems roadmap
  • Partner with Biz Tech and Accounting to optimize data flows between Pigment and tech stack (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, Snowflake)
  • Act as the internal champion for Pigment
  • Create documentation and lead training sessions to ensure the broader Finance and Business Org can self-serve and trust the data
  • Identify bottlenecks in current planning cycles and automate them away
  • Improve financial planning processes beyond software implementation

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Finance, Data and Systems, Finance Systems or a similar role
  • At least 2+ years of hands-on experience as a 'Model Builder' in a connected planning tool
  • Ability to translate 'system-speak' into everyday language for finance and business partners

Nice to Have

  • Pigment experience is a huge plus
  • Experience with any planning tool such as Anaplan or Adaptive is a plus

Compensation: New York salary range: $120,000—$150,000 USD. Final compensation and total package components based on skills, qualifications, and experience.

Work Mode

Supports distributed teams; work mode designed for global collaboration. Locations include San Francisco, Amsterdam, and 13 hubs around the world.
