The IMA Group is hiring a Retail Marketing Operations Specialist to manage and deliver marketing programs with retail partners for major hardware products. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of in-store assets, localization of marketing materials, and coordination of channel marketing efforts.
What You'll Do
- Manage in-store assets end-to-end, including fixture and device security prototyping, development, execution, and partner management for product rollouts with retailers and carriers.
- Own the localization process for product training, creative assets, and digital assets, including obtaining approvals from client marketing, sales, sales operations, and legal contacts.
- Manage digital toolkit assets, product marketing and copy guides, product marketing creative assets, and retail training guides.
- Consolidate requests for additional training or creative assets to share with the client and their regional team.
- Manage launch plan changes to ensure locally developed and partner-led assets are compliant from product and legal perspectives.
- Manage development of retail creative assets, including briefing a local design agency, managing timelines, legal approvals, and agency workload.
- Provide creative support and reviews of partner-generated creative assets.
- Manage implementation of channel marketing plans to ensure retailers execute on plans in a timely manner.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years in consumer marketing, retail marketing, creative agency, and/or product marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong Project Management & Program Management experience with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high-quality deliverables at pace.
- Demonstrated experience with digital creative localization (copy, assets, campaigns).
- Experienced in working with retail in-store creative asset development and execution.
- Experienced in collaborating with geographically dispersed teams.
- Proven experience managing a large number of diverse stakeholders.
- Must be in Sydney, Australia, authorized to work, and willing to work in a remote environment.
