The Access Group is looking for a Marketing Programs Manager to support demand generation for our Construction division in the UK. You'll join our global marketing team to plan and deliver integrated campaigns, create content, and track performance.
What You'll Do
- Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, events, and content syndication to generate qualified leads.
- Work closely with our Paid Media Lead to align adverts and landing pages with our ideal customer profiles.
- Create and manage content such as email campaigns, social posts, and imagery in Canva, using AI tools like Copilot to accelerate content creation and reporting.
- Track performance across the marketing funnel, share insights, and support smooth lead handovers to our Sales Development team.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B technology or software marketing and creating clear, engaging content.
- Confidence using digital channels like email, social media, and paid advertising, with an understanding of account‑based marketing.
- Hands‑on experience with Canva and an interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency and insight.
- Comfort working with marketing tools such as automation platforms and customer relationship systems like Marketo or Salesforce.
