Hire Overseas is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to own and execute the day-to-day marketing function for a growing landscaping and field services business. You will be responsible for managing content, campaigns, reputation, and website updates while working closely with ownership to keep marketing consistent, timely, and performance-focused.
What You'll Do
- Create and schedule social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Develop a monthly social media calendar aligned with seasonal landscaping services.
- Write SEO-focused blog content centered on local landscaping topics and seasonal needs.
- Draft email campaigns and newsletters using HubSpot to nurture leads and retain clients.
- Ensure content reflects brand voice and highlights real projects, results, and expertise.
- Monitor and respond to reviews across Google, Yelp, and Facebook within 24 hours.
- Write professional, brand-aligned responses that address concerns and reinforce trust.
- Track review trends and summarize insights for ownership on a monthly basis.
- Make content updates and changes to the Webflow website as needed.
- Ensure service pages, blog posts, and case studies stay current and SEO-optimized.
- Collaborate with ownership on landing pages for seasonal or promotional campaigns.
- Plan and run seasonal marketing initiatives tied to core services.
- Build and maintain automated email workflows inside HubSpot.
- Coordinate promotional messaging and timing with ownership.
- Track engagement, website traffic, reviews, and email performance.
- Deliver clear monthly summaries with practical recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve ROI and content performance.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of marketing experience in home services such as landscaping, lawn care, HVAC, plumbing, or similar.
- Proven experience managing social media and content for service businesses.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone to a professional local brand.
- Experience building content calendars and managing multiple marketing channels.
- Working knowledge of Webflow or the ability to learn it quickly.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot including CRM, email campaigns, and workflows.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Self-starter who can operate independently with minimal direction.
- Availability for some overlap with PST business hours.
Nice to Have
- Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools.
- Basic photo editing experience.
- Familiarity with landscaping or outdoor service businesses.
- Experience with Zapier or other automation tools.
