Shae Group is hiring a Marketing Manager to serve as Head of Marketing across our portfolio. You'll be responsible for architecting and executing marketing strategy across multiple verticals, driving revenue growth through paid acquisition, funnel optimization, and AI automation.
What You'll Do
- Architect and execute marketing strategy and brand positioning across multiple Shae Group verticals.
- Build high-converting funnels using GoHighLevel, leverage our CRM, manage paid media buys and optimize ROAS across channels.
- Drive community growth, PR/media placements and thought leadership opportunities.
- Embed AI automation into marketing workflows and deliver clear reporting dashboards on ROI.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years’ experience in growth marketing, paid acquisition and funnel optimization with measurable revenue impact.
- Hands-on campaign experience across GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM, Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and programmatic channels.
- Strong data-driven mindset: analytics, attribution, CRO and dashboarding; fluent English and exec-level communication.
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling multi-brand portfolios or agency leadership.
- Background in health/wellbeing or edtech verticals.

- Compensation: USD $1,500–$2,500 per month.

This is a fully remote contractor position for candidates in the Philippines, South East Asia, Ukraine, Poland, Romania, and Bulgaria.
