About the Role

GHGSat is looking for a Marketing Manager to act as a strategic driver for building awareness and generating leads for its greenhouse gas monitoring services. You will work with the Industry, Government, and Partnerships teams to communicate GHGSat's vision to organizations focused on monitoring and reducing emissions, playing a significant role in supporting ambitious growth goals.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to support sales targets.
  • Utilize marketing channels like digital advertising, email campaigns, social media, and content marketing to generate high-quality leads.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase leads across the funnel.
  • Support Partnerships team marketing activities to drive partner lead generation.
  • Identify and prioritize trade shows and events with the sales team, focusing on awareness, lead generation, and ROI.
  • Work with the Events Manager to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Explore other event types like webinars and roundtables to generate meetings.
  • Proactively identify sales enablement tools and resources to increase meetings and conversions.
  • Work with PR to identify thought leadership content for brand awareness.
  • Lead development of a library of customer stories, case studies, and white papers.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure messaging and value propositions align with sales and product needs.
  • Support the marketing team as needed in a lean team environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in a marketing manager role with a focus on lead generation, event management, and content creation.
  • Sound understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong balance between creative strategic thinking and flawless execution.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with landfill operators, financial services, government, or partners.
  • Email Marketing, Website Content and Branding experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
