TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods is hiring a Marketing Manager, Continuum Support to serve as the operational engine for the 'Continuum' bridge between our Optik TV and Streaming (Stream+) portfolios. You will bring fresh perspective to an ongoing brand evolution, executing the rebrand that defines how Canadians experience entertainment. Your core mandate is to translate research into tactical reality, ensuring seamless, integrated, and market-ready entertainment experiences.
What You'll Do
- Discover & Translate Consumer Insights by conducting research and utilizing market data to ground value propositions in customer needs, pain points, and neuroscience principles.
- Synthesize Competitive Intelligence as the team’s lead for data-driven analysis of the market landscape, informing strategies with competitor insights and best practices.
- Facilitate Frontline Empowerment with AI by partnering with systems and product teams to leverage AI tools that help sales teams position complex products.
- Optimize Rep and Customer Journeys by mapping and refining end-to-end journeys across Optik TV and Stream+ ecosystems, removing friction and simplifying sales processes.
- Diversify Our Streaming Portfolio by supporting new OTT launches and streaming package opportunities.
- Reinvigorate Channel Training and Positioning by leading the creation of strategic briefs, sales resources, and training curriculums for effective merchandising.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing strategy, product marketing, or commercial strategy, ideally within telecommunications or entertainment.
- Insights and Research Expertise with proven ability to synthesize market research and customer data into actionable insights.
- Data-Driven Skillset with strong analytical skills to translate raw data, competitor moves, and market trends into actionable insights.
- Strategic Storytelling ability to translate complex product features into simple, compelling value propositions.
- Operational Excellence with a track record of turning high-level strategies into market-ready assets like training curriculums and sales decks.
- Technological Aptitude and a forward-thinking mindset with interest in leveraging AI to simplify processes and empower teams.
- Collaborative Mindset with the ability to work seamlessly across a matrixed 'continuum' team, supporting multiple portfolio leads.
Nice to Have
- Solid understanding of the Canadian TV / Video landscape, including competitors, content rights, and hardware trends.
- Experience with subscription-based services or 'As-a-Service' business models.
- Solid understanding of TELUS Consumer Solutions, ideally with exposure to wireline business units.
- Experience or formal training in prompt engineering and deployment of AI solutions to facilitate research or enhance sales tools.
